Duncan Osler - MacRoberts LLP

Duncan is widely recognised as a leading accredited procurement law specialist. Much of his work is focused on the public sector and includes advising government, NHS Boards, local authorities and other public bodies on a range of matters such as the procurement of hospitals, schools, transport projects and reforms. He advises on social impacts and helps to promote social enterprise, having spent eight years on the Board of Social Enterprise Scotland (2009-17). Duncan is dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales. He is also accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Public Procurement Law.

Katy is an accredited employment law specialist, helping businesses and HR professionals overcome their people challenges. Maggie Kinnes, Senior Associate

Maggie specialises in construction and engineering law and acts for contractors, consultants, developers and funders working in the construction industry in both the public and private sectors. She also advises health boards, Scottish Government and local authorities.

Robin Fallas, Senior Associate

Robin advises public bodies and those interfacing with the public sector on European legislative considerations, regulation, commercial and contractual matters, legal structures, governance and disputes. Since 2011, he has been heavily involved alongside Ready For Business in the Scottish Government’s Developing Markets programme and has a particular focus developing new and innovative ways in which the third and public sectors work together.
