Nicola advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining MacRoberts in 2019 as a trainee solicitor, Nicola obtained her LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. As part of her legal studies, Nicola also took part in the Erasmus study abroad programme, studying at the University of Copenhagen for six months.
Before qualifying into the Corporate Finance team, Nicola gained experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Commercial Real Estate.
