  • "The professionalism, speed and efficiency that MacRoberts delivered during our sale to a Fortune 250 company helped immensely in ensuring a quick and successful sale process. David Wylie's attention to detail and ability to fully grasp our underlying requirements of the transaction ensured that we were asked the right questions and focuses on the key deal issues. After this experience we would, without reservation, use them again on any legal transaction or requirement going forward. A first-class service from a first-class team!"

  • "We instructed David Wylie at MacRoberts at the very outset of our sale process. He assisted us from the very early stages of exit planning through to sale. David and his team guided us through a complex, difficult and lengthy deal process. David was able to explain complex legal documents in a way that ensured we understood the commercial and legal risks and were able to make informed decisions. David and his team delivered on excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending others in my sector to instruct David and MacRoberts - whether for a sale or acquisition or for any other commercial legal advice."
