Our People Charlotte Dempster

Prior to joining MacRoberts in 2021 as a trainee, Charlotte obtained her LLB at the University of Aberdeen before completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.

Before joining the Family Law team, Charlotte gained experience in Real Estate, Residential Conveyancing and Projects.

Working alongside the Family Law team, Charlotte advises on a wide range of family law matters, including separation and divorce, child relocation, and child contact and residence cases. Charlotte has worked on cases in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. 

Charlotte is also a member of the Diversity, Wellbeing and Inclusion Committee at MacRoberts LLP.
