About Alan

Alan has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, start-ups, equity investments and general corporate governance matters. Alan’s focus is primarily on transaction-based matters, working with buyers and sellers from all sectors with an emphasis on business acquisitions and disposals as well as advising corporates on securing equity investment. In addition, he is an integral part of the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecoms and Food and Drink Sector Groups. 

Alan has prior experience as a non-executive Director and is a listed trainer in the Institute of Director’s Training Programme. He also regularly presents at seminars and workshops on corporate matters. Ranked in Chambers UK and Legal 500, Alan is described as ‘tenacious and quick to respond to any change with the client’s best interest at heart'.
