'Holiday Inn' brand

Acted for the vendor in relation to the sale of the business and assets of the hotel operated under the 'Holiday Inn' brand at Heathrow to Leonardo Hotels, the European division of Fattal Hotels.

Cameron House Hotel

Advised on the extension to Cameron House Hotel and development of Golf Course and Timeshare known as “The Carrick”.

Oaktree Hotels

Advised on the Scottish aspects of a refinancing of a portfolio of 10 UK hotels owned by Oaktree (the Adams portfolio). The Scottish properties were: Hilton Treetops Hotel, Aberdeen; Hilton Strathclyde Hotel, Bellshill; Hilton Hotel, Edinburgh Airport.
