Banking & Finance

Our Banking & Finance Group is one of the largest in Scotland, advising clients across the entire range of mainstream finance legal work required by the Scottish market.

We are instructed by banks and financial institutions, borrowers and investors and clients tell us that they find us professional, approachable and straight-talking in our approach. We take time to understand our clients’ commercial aims and work with them to achieve practical solutions at all times.

We also work with leading English and overseas law firms on the Scottish aspects of larger multi-jurisdictional transactions and regularly receive instructions referred to us by those firms.

Our clients benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of our team, with particular market-leading expertise and strength in depth in areas such as corporate banking, real estate finance, project finance and loan sales. We are proud to serve on the panels of all the main banking players and to work with the majority of leading banks active in the Scottish market.
