We are delighted that MacRoberts LLP have joined the Stonewall Scotland Diversity Champions Programme to demonstrate their commitment to championing lesbian, gay, bi and trans equality in the workplace.

“We are excited to work with MacRoberts over the coming months to help support their LGBT inclusion activities, to ensure that all LGBT people at work are accepted without exception.”

Employment Partner John Macmillan, who is a leading member of the firm’s Diversity & Wellbeing Committee, said:

“At MacRoberts, we firmly believe that everybody, irrespective of race, gender or sexual orientation, should feel comfortable being their true self at work and educating on these issues at a firmwide level is of paramount importance. Becoming a member of this programme enhances our commitment to being a fully inclusive organisation and we are looking forward to working with Stonewall over the coming months.”
