Douglas has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial related business and has particular expertise in commercial real estate development, real estate purchases and sales for investment and for owner occupation, landlord and tenant work, planning work and real estate financing.
Gillian has experience of advising on all aspects of commercial property work and regularly advises on development, investment and landlord and tenant work as well as on the property aspects of major infrastructure projects and cross-border transactions.

Assisting a large UK supermarket with their property requirements in Scotland.
Acting for a global property investment management organization in purchasing, selling and managing property investments for a number of its funds.
Working with a property development group in the disposal of 6 office investments in Central Scotland at a value of circa £30 million.
Acting for a large regeneration company in conjunction with Dawn Developments Limited on an innovative development and funding agreement with West Dunbartonshire Council who planned to unlock more than £250million worth of private investment in 1,000 new homes, retail units, a hotel, care home and health centre at Queens Quay, Clydebank.
