Brian joined MacRoberts in 2014 and has worked in the area of private client law since 2011.
He is primarily involved in advising individuals in relation to their wills and succession planning. He also assists families to administer estates following a death and is involved in the creation and administration of trusts, including charitable trusts. He has considerable experience of amending charity constitutions through the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.
Brian also advises on all aspects of adults with incapacity law, especially in relation to the creation and use of powers of attorney, intervention orders and guardianship orders.
Brian is currently sitting exams to become a member of STEP.
