Our People Sumaira Iqbal

Sumaira has acted on behalf of private companies, individuals and public bodies in a wide array of civil litigation matters since qualifying in 2016.  Her key focus has been on debt recovery, insolvency and advising on enforcement.

Sumaira has extensive experience of appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has been involved in assisting with various Court of Session matters. She has also represented HM Revenue & Customs in direct tax matters involving tribunal and court appearances and advising on matters of legal interpretation and enforcement.
