She has advised on projects of all sizes and values, specialising in drafting construction and engineering contracts, including ancillary documents such as professional appointments, framework/call-off arrangements, construction contracts and contracts for supply and installation, operation and maintenance and long-term support, as well as providing advice on construction procurement arrangements.
Sarah has an LLM in Construction Law, and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Construction Law.
