Sarah Milne
Senior SolicitorSarah advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019 as a trainee solicitor, Sarah obtained her LLB and her Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen. Sarah also obtained a scholarship to complete her LLM in International Commercial Law, which she received a distinction for in the summer of 2016.
Before qualifying into the Corporate Finance team, Sarah gained experience in Employment, IP, Technology & Commercial and Commercial Property.
