Michael advises both private and public sector clients on a wide variety of construction matters and has experience in drafting a range of building and engineering contracts, including ancillary documents such as professional appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements, performance bonds and guarantees.

Having obtained his LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde, Michael joined MacRoberts as a trainee solicitor in 2019, before qualifying into the Construction team in September 2021.
