Laura is responsible for growing and developing the business through strategic planning. She works closely with all areas of the firm to implement and drive forward business development and marketing plans, including client care, brand awareness, referral networks, online & digital, PR & communications, bid management and events. Laura also sits on the firm’s Strategic Development Group, which actively identifies potential growth opportunities in the market.
She heads the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Group and, through this, is a member of the Children’s Panel and sits on the Big Business Committee at the Glasgow Children’s Hospital.
