Kenny is an experienced employment lawyer and ranked by the independent legal directories as an "Associate to Watch."

Kenny provides pragmatic and commercial advice on the full spectrum of employment law and HR matters to local and national employers across a wide range of sectors. He has extensive experience in advising on organisational change, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, data protection and the employment aspects of insolvency situations.

Kenny also regularly advises senior executives and individuals on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and bringing employment tribunal claims. He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunals where he has accumulated an enviable track record of success.

Kenny frequently devises and provides training to senior management, HR personnel and employees and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
