Our People Kenneth MacLeod

Kenneth qualified in New South Wales, Australia in 2016, in England and Wales in 2018, and in Scotland in 2023.

He has extensive in-house experience in the film and television industry. He has worked for major entertainment companies and public broadcasters and has advised his employer/clients on a diverse collection of commercial and IP matters. He is particularly experienced in negotiating production agreements including writers and option agreements as well as licensing agreements with international broadcasters and streaming services.

At MacRoberts, Kenneth advises clients on a wide range of matters including IP commercialisation and protection as well as public and third sector contract management.
