Ian is a seasoned commercial property lawyer with significant experience in a wide variety of work including property acquisitions, development, commercial leasing, security and investment work. His main specialism is renewable energy projects, in particular wind farm development.

Ian was a member of the Scottish Renewables working group on Onshore Wind and has worked on over 60 wind power projects. Ian has also dealt with hydro power, wave, solar and energy from waste projects.
