Fiona is a key member of MacRoberts' Banking & Finance team, specialising in property finance and healthcare finance.

She has nearly 20 years’ experience acting for banks and other lending institutions as well as borrower clients in relation to all types of commercial property located throughout Scotland.

Fiona’s primary expertise is in taking fixed security over heritable property in support of debt and other obligations. She also specialises and has a keen interest in transactions in the healthcare sector, regularly advising lenders in pharmacy, dental and care home deals. Other areas of interest and expertise include agriculture, investment property and portfolio work. Fiona is regularly praised for her proactivity, attention to detail and deal delivery.
