MacRoberts has promoted two new partners in its pensions and banking teams.
James Keith started his legal career as a trainee with MacRoberts in 2003, and has remained with the firm since qualifying in 2005. The University of Strathclyde graduate has vast experience of advising on all aspects of pensions law and employee ownership law to trustees, companies, public sector and third sector organisations. He is also a Director of MacRoberts Trustees Limited, the firm's independent trustee company.
Lisa Maguire has extensive experience acting for lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactional work with experience of complex transactions across a range of sectors, with particular focus on corporate banking and acquisition finance. Also a University of Strathclyde graduate, she joined MacRoberts from the former Tods Murray firm in 2012.
