MacRoberts' Megan Lukins re-elected to SYLA Committee

MacRoberts is delighted that one of our trainee solicitors has been re-elected to the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association (SYLA) non-executive committee.

Megan Lukins, a trainee solicitor in our IP, Technology & Commercial team, joined the non-executive committee last year and was re-elected for another year, along with Graham Gibson of Clydesdale Bank, at the AGM for 2019-20 which took place on 16 May.

The AGAM also saw Ayla Iridag, a litigation solicitor at Clyde & Co, elected as President along with Chiara Pieri (Shepherd & Wedderburn) as Vice President, Laila Kennedy (University of Aberdeen) as treasurer and Claire Paterson (Slater + Gordon) as secretary. Jessica Weir (Pinsent Masons) remains on the committee as Past President.

The committee also welcomes five new non-executive members: Amina Amin (Moss & Kelly), Natalie Bennett (Harper Macleod), Lynsey Reid (Burness Paull), Antonia Welsh (Clyde & Co) and Patricia Taylor (DWF).
