MacRoberts is delighted to be shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year: The Independents at The Lawyer Awards 2022.
Judged by a panel of industry experts from the Bar, private practice and in-house sectors, The Lawyer Awards recognise and celebrate excellence and highlight notable achievements by firms and individuals across the UK legal profession.
As one of Scotland's oldest independent law firms, with its history and heritage tracing back over 150 years, MacRoberts has successfully navigated its way through the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, market volatility and ongoing political uncertainty. Against this backdrop, the firm has grown its turnover and headcount and generated new business from both new and existing clients. MacRoberts is also the only Scottish independent law firm to hold four International Standards Organisation (ISO) certifications, which are considered critical to the business’s operations and client satisfaction.
The Law Firm of the Year: The Independents category recognises UK firms listed in the current edition of The Lawyer UK 200: The Independents Report, which ranks the largest firms in the UK 200 (from numbers 101-200) by revenue.
