A reminder that gender pay gap reporting enforcement for the reporting year 2019/20 was suspended at the start of pandemic.

This year, reports were due to be published on 30 March 2021 for most public authority employers and for private or voluntary employers, the deadline was set to be 4 April 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government Equalities Office and the ECHR suspended enforcement action for the reporting year 2020-21 until 5 October 2021. In practical terms this means that reports of gender pay gap information should be made by then. See here for more information from the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
