Major Projects & Infrastructure

Whether it be health, education, water, roads, rail, carbon capture & storage, hydro, waste or wind, we have the experience and practical know-how to deal with any issues that you may encounter. We are also the only Scottish based firm with a first tier projects practice on the Scottish Government’s Major Projects Panel.

MacRoberts is a market leader in the PPP/NPD sector; we are very well connected in the marketplace and have advised on projects worth in excess of £4 billion.

Our advice does not stop at closing projects; we are increasingly involved in ongoing operational issues such as variations, benchmarkings, refinancings, equity transfers, sub-contract issues, consents, disputes and other matters as projects evolve.

“The industry is not straightforward. Deals are complex and challenging. Our team is adept at identifying issues and managing risks before they arise. Clients expect a high level of market intelligence and insider knowledge, and we always strive to stay ahead of the curve.”
