Gender Pay Gap Reporting: Suspension of enforcement to end on 5 October 2021

A reminder that gender pay gap reporting enforcement for the reporting year 2019/20 was suspended at the start of pandemic.

This year, reports were due to be published on 30th March 2021 for most public authority employers and for private or voluntary employers, the deadline was set to be 4th April 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government Equalities Office and the ECHR suspended enforcement action for the reporting year 2020-21 until 5th October 2021.
