The event, organised by The Herald and GenAnaytics, celebrated the companies, organisations and individuals who are making huge changes to their business or community by putting equality and diversity at the centre of their practices.

In June, all staff and partners were asked to count their steps every day for 6 weeks. The mission was to see if together we could walk all the way to Rio in time for the Olympic Games opening ceremony on 5th August. It’s nearly 6,000 miles, so that’s a lot of steps.
