Norman has a good working relationship with banks and other financial institutions, both in Scotland and beyond and, in addition to transactional work, regularly advises them on non-transactional banking and other finance matters.
Roddy Maclennan has more than 30 years’ experience in acting for lenders, loan services and other stakeholders in relation to real estate related senior and mezzanine debt and corporate finance and offers great expertise in structured finance with many of his deals being syndicated and, previously securitised. Roddy acts for all of the UK clearing banks as well as for building societies, and European and US banks.
John has over 30 years experience of dealing with all aspects of property finance and commercial property transactions.
He has wide experience of security transactions acting for both Banks and Financial Institutions and for borrower clients in relation to all types of commercial property.
