Clare Tuohy
SolicitorClare is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Clare advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in the Corporate Finance team, Clare gained experience in commercial dispute resolution, commercial property, intellectual property, technology and commercial contracts.
