Carole has a wealth of experience in wills, tax planning and executry administration, with particular emphasis on the tax efficient structuring of assets and on capital gains tax mitigation. She acts as executrix, trustee and advisor to a wide range of individuals, trusts, charities and family businesses.

Carole takes a pro-active approach offering practical guidance on powers of attorney, guardianships and long term care. She has significant experience in asset protection and guides clients through the complexities of the creation of trusts and their on-going administration. She provides specialist advice to a wide range of solicitors, financial advisors and accountants throughout Scotland.

Carole manages the residential property and estate agency arm of the firm and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
