Our prestigious list of clients ranges from employers and trustees operating pension schemes with less than 100 members to those with in excess of 20,000.
Through MacRoberts Trustees Ltd, we provide independent professional trustee services, assisting lay trustees of pension schemes in discharging the ever-increasing legal burden of trusteeship. Our appointments include ones where we were appointed as problem-solvers in commercially sensitive situations to help navigate the pension scheme to an acceptable position.
The Group advises on and designs Employee Benefit Schemes to incentivise and reward employees through share ownership and bonus arrangements and as vehicles to buy-out existing shareholders of private companies.
