Our Approach

At MacRoberts, our approach to providing legal services is characterised by the following key principles:

Understanding Your Objectives

Our job is to help you realise your objectives, and that will always be the focus of our advice. Our first priority is therefore to understand your needs. Not just by addressing the immediate priority, but by working with you to understand your wider business requirements so we can be proactive, thinking ahead and anticipating related issues and as a result, offering commercially astute recommendations.

Solutions, Not Problems

We understand that our clients want solutions, not problems. If we must tell you that you can’t do something, we’ll recommend another way to achieve your objectives. We will never simply say no.

Straightforward Advice

Our clients have told us they find people at MacRoberts to be down-to-earth, approachable and professional. We appreciate that what you want from a lawyer is straightforward, clear and practical advice. So you will find it’s not just what we deliver, it’s the way we deliver it.

Quality of Service

As you would expect, the quality of our advice and service is of paramount importance to us. We adopt a partner-led approach to structuring client-focussed teams and using consistent personnel in each of our transactions. This means we can fully understand your requirements and you can be confident of a focussed and cost-efficient service.

Our Philosophy

MacRoberts values the delivery of the highest quality of service to all our clients, above all else. We expect that every partner and employee, as individuals, show outstanding personal commitment in achieving that goal, recognising that the financial success of the firm and our personal professional development and career successes are based solely on the satisfaction of our clients.
